Hi Alberto! Here are some suggestions of great sights to see:
- I'll star with Glendalough: go to the Glendalough Monastic Site, one of the most rewarding day trips you can make from Dublin. The drive through the Wicklow Mountains is nothing but splendid and the setting of Glendalough is spectacular.
- Rock of Cashel: From the monestary to the seat of kings, you’ll find the Rock of Cashel west and north of Glendalough. This church and fortress, too a monestary, is easily the Emerald Isle’s most stunning reminder of medieval Ireland.
- If you are curious to know about what life in Ireland was like 100 years ago, let's visit Aran Islands. These craggy islands off the west coast of Ireland will give you a taste with culture almost untouched since the turn of the last century.
- Belfast City Centre: You will be able to find there the bet of everythings – the most striking of their architecture, fabulous shopping, new and historic bars, restaurants, the city’s best traditional pubs, together with landmark performing arts centres, including the Grand Opera House and Waterfront Hall. Plus a fabulous covered market!
- Finally Newgrange. Newgrange is one of the best examples in Ireland and in Western Europe, of a type of monument known to archaeologists as a passage-grave or passage-tomb.

hey alberto,
i've just toured the southern part of Ireland, so i'll give you my top5 there :D
1) Limerick, lovely wonderful cliffs;
2) Cork and Waterford Crystal factory!
3) Jameson whiskey guided tour around the factory;
4) Castles around and especially Blarney Castle, surrounded by shiny nature (when it doesn't rain :D )
5) The bed&breakfast around: go random and good chance! :))
I suggest you not to miss Galway, The cliffs of Moher, Kilkenny, Killarney (National Park). Have a nice trip!
